Qualifications
Transplanted material is not included in the plant material warranty. Catalog unit costs are 2026 SiteOne Louisville #180, local quarry, and regional nursery defaults. Confirm each purchase list with the project manager before ordering.
Warranty
All new plant material shall be guaranteed to remain in a viable growing condition (except seasonal color) for 90 days, and trees for one year after the date of installation. This guarantee is subject to proper maintenance by the owner or the owner's duly appointed representative. This guarantee does not apply to vandalism, theft, fire, abuse, neglect, storm damage or other extreme weather conditions. The viability of transplanted material existing on site is not guaranteed. Plants under warranty shall be replaced one time only.
The costs shown are based on the entire project being installed at one time and as shown per plan. Should the scope of the project change, the costs may also change. Kentucky 6% sales tax applies only to landscaping services (plants, sod, mulch, lawn, bed prep, and planting labor) under KRS 139.200(2)(g) and 103 KAR 26:131. Hardscape, irrigation, retaining walls, and other construction fixtures are billed pretax — the studio pays sales tax on those materials at purchase (103 KAR 26:070). A project management fee of 10% of cost is billed as its own line and is not marked up. Material defaults are 2026 SiteOne Louisville and regional quarry pricing — confirm on the purchase list before ordering.
